How will we take care of your reservation? How should you make a booking?
- Carefull complete all required fields;
- it is very important for us to have a phone number where we can contact you in case for last minute changes or reservations, or if you fail to arrive at the specified hour and we wish to reconfirm your arrival in order to keep your reservation.
- fill the right email address, we cannot reply to a misspelled email address, and we cannot reply to your reservation request. If you do not receive any answer from us use the contact form to send an Urgent message.- When you are not decided what apartment to select, and you have a list of apartments just make a reservation for one of them and mention the others in the Comments field. Do Not make reservation requests for each one you like, it will be considered as separate reservations. We will verify the availability of the requested apartment and then you will receive a confirmation of the availability, or another proposal if not available, by email or phone.
If you agree to our confirmation email and the reservation details you must reconfirm your reservation to us by phone or by email as soon as you can. This way we can guarantee that your reservation is valid. Without the reconfirmation email we do not guarantee your reservation.
- We require the exact details of your arrival (flight number, coming from, arrival time). We do not require payments in advance, just the details of your arrival, except busy periods (Easter, Christmas, New Year) which must be guaranteed by and advance payment considered as guarantee and returned at the end of the period.
- We provide optional airport transfer service.
It will be your decision how to arrive to the apartment and make the check in and we'll need to know it before your arrival.
Depending on your choice you will receive a contact person that is responsible with your reservation and all the contact details (phone number, location)
- If you require airport transfer service, an employee will expect you at the airport, transport you to the apartment, check you in, cash the amount for the period you booked the apartment and assist you during your stay. We can take, free of charge, from the city, your friend if any, and take him to the airport to wait for you (if there is enough space in the car).
- If you prefer to manage your transport to city alone you should meet our employee as close as possible to the apartment, in a well known place or directly to the apartment address. He will check you in, cash the amount for the period you booked the apartment and assist you during your stay.
- The rental prices available are the one mentioned on the website but we have, when possible, supplementary discounts.
- The promotional price, written in red, is available only for that month for that apartment. The next month will be some other apartment in promotion. So even if the reservation has been made when the apartment wasn't in promotion, if at your arrival your apartment is in promotion you will benefit from that.
- We expect payment to be made cash at check in, for all the period, or if it's late, in the evening for at least one day and the rest of it the next day.
- If you decide to leave before the period ends the difference will be returned to you less one night fee.
- If you received discount for a longer period and you have to leave earlier the daily rent will be recalculated for the new period.
- We offer you complete support during your stay, guidance, informations, directions, all free of charge.
