I would just like to say a big 'thank you' for the great studio apartment you arranged for me.
Even though I changed the booking and you were very busy you kindly sorted it all out. The plane was two hours late arriving and Bogdan was there waiting patiently at 2.30a.m. He was very pleasant and greeted me so nicely
taking me to the studio. The apartment was in a super location and was bigger than I expected. I had four superb days - the air conditioning was fine, the who thing was faultless. Then Andrei came to take me to the airport - I didn't want to leave. He was very good at getting me to the airport on time, by all the back roads. You have a great team!
I'll be coming again in about a month so I will of course be booking another stay with you.
Thanks again and look forward to the next time

| Apartment in the center for a great price |

| I could not believe that I could get acomodation for 4 people in the center at the price lower than EUR 65/night the company arranged a very nice 3 roomm appartment just in the center of Unirii Squari. Staff (Andrei&Bogdan) were helpful and got a pick up from the airport and taken straight to teh apartment.
I suggest this company to everybody who is looking for acomodation centraly located at reasonable prices.
The apartment missed a toaster. |

I just wanted to send you in appreciation for all that you and East
Comfort did in providing me and my friend, Tracy, outstanding service while
we were in Romania.
The accomodation in Brasov especially was idle- and the one in Bucharest was
good too. But you were correct, Bucharest is NO Brasov (but we had to see
it nonetheless).
Special thanks to Mircea- he is an outstanding employee and was a very nice
and responsible person to interact with. Thanks to Eugeni (our driver to
Bucharest) and Andre as well.
As I had said, both Tracy and I work for an airline in the United States,
and many of our collegues travel for pleasure frequently. We will certainly
reccommend East Comfort should any be headed to Romania.

| Bucharest adventure :)) |

| The first I wish to all the people a perfect year !
I am 28 years old and a lot of adventure spirit. Togheter with my friends came to Bucharest to search for adventure. The people from EastComfort Bogdan and Andrei (two young boys) was our guids in discovering in the first our apartament and then all the Bucharest atractions (beautiful women and a lot of fine vodka :)). During day we slept in very good quality apartments of eastcomfort because the nights were full of everything a young fellow needs :).
The employee of easconfort treated us as friends more then clients. |

| Excellent Customer Service and Apartment |

| I rented a luxury apartment in the center of Bucharest for 12 days. The apartment was exactly like it appeared in the picture. No "Bait and Switch" here! Booking the apartment was easy and the service was excellent! The driver picked me up on time and even took me back to the airport at 4am for my early flight home. All of my friends who came over to see me loved the apartment too! I highly recommend using this company due to the Excellent Customer Service and the Quality of the Apartment. If you want to pay more, stay at a hotel that is not so nice or quiet. If you want to save money, stay in a quiet and beautiful place, rent an apartment from East Comfort! I know where I'm staying again when I go back to Romania. |
