The two-storied dwelling is an authentical holiday villa, which, even appointed in the countryside, is up-to-date in speaking of comfort. Stylish and all purposes proper, the house comprises: a winsome living room area, suitable for conferences or business' /partners' /friends' meetings, furnished with leather settee and armchairs, coffee tables, lovely designed fireplace and TV endowed. The dinners can be served in the special area. The same posh line of design is enhanced by the intimacy of bedrooms, full sized beds and wardrobes. A bathroom can be found at each floor, being shower, basin and toilet attached. The kitchen serves any self-catering cookings (gas cooker, fridge, capacious furniture).

"Cheile Gradistei" area and the natural bio-geological reservation "La Chisatoare" can be found on the road between Upper and Lower Moeciu. The Winter Season offers remarkable leisure posibilities: horse sledge riding, sports practicing (especially, skiing), the village is close to Fundata, where a new ski track has been built, or to Poiana Brasov, the most famous Winter Resort in Romania (professional ski tracks can be used here). The most common atraction is the Dracula Castle, not only a fantastic fib, but a real historical sightseeing which certifies the former commercial (former custom) and military (between two ridges, Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Chain) importance of the land. During summertime (the wild environment, well preserved, the stern mountain tamed by luxurious woods), easy strolls or real trips, season sports practicing help you enjoy a healthy and relaxed time.
