The bedroom has a master bed, night stands, stylish wooden carved and new carpets following the same style. The sitting room has comfortable furniture: fold-out sofa, armchairs, a large table with six wooden chairs wraped in fine leather, a precious chandelier. The separate kitchen is fitted (refrigerator, gas cooker) to serve self-caterings. The bathroom has lavatory, wash hand basin, shower cabin.

Piata Sfatului, the Black Church (14th-15th centuries), the largest Gothic church in Romania and within the territory between Vienna and Istanbul; 70 m walking distances from Republicii Street (the best known street from Brasov, where great stores are to be found).
