The kitchen is fully equipped (gas cooker, refrigerator, oven, plates) and has a dine-in nook, as well. The bathroom has shower fixture.

It is at about 5 minutes walking distance from the Council Square at the foot of Tampa Mountain (having on top a restaurant accesible by Cable-Car). Because it's located in the center of the city, you can find there all you need for shopping: Star Store, (inside there is a supermarket), restaurants for dinner: New York-New York Restaurant, Karmel Restaurant, Taverna Restaurant and Mado, and bars for spending pleasant evenings as Still Cafe or Opium, all of them located in the center of the city, close to the apartment.
